To promote quality development seamlessly integrated into routine operations and to establish a culture of continuous improvement throughout the hospital, we strive to become a trusted organization committed to delivering safe and high-quality services to all patients.

Role
Promote, support, and coordinate quality management, accreditation under various standards, risk and complaint management, key performance indicators, knowledge management, quality development training, and the implementation of continuous quality improvement projects for all departments within the hospital.
